Do Not Drink Water 30-45 Minutes Before and After Any Meal

Q: It is advised in Art of Living courses,it is advised for people to drink water 30 minutes before and after for each meal and not in that gap. Why it is so?

A: It's all science. Not only in AOL but in everywhere. If you drink before and after 30-45 mintutes then the juice, Stomach and other organs releases for digestive purpose, will mix up with water. Then eaten food will not be digested properly. For digesion your stomach and other organs will release more hormones,which will suck more energy from you.  Suppose your food need 10w for digesion but after this it will take more 100w to digest.  Now you can see what a great waste of prana it is,which you can use to deeper ur meditation.
